Key Stage 3 overview
Our intent within Performing Arts is to nurture passionate, imaginative and creative individuals, who view the world from an artistic perspective. We develop individuality, encourage students to think and express themselves with confidence and encourage tolerance and understanding of others. We intend students to develop an extensive range of skills as they explore, experiment and create. Through the Performing Arts curriculum we promote a sense of self-worth, encourages confidence, resilience and develop relationships. Students are encouraged to question and challenge their perception of the world and develop the soft skills employers seek.
